X Factor television program (as always) is a massive talking point for the weekend tv and it got me thinking about why this is so. Everything about the program has to be something spectacular, the staging of it, hairstyles and clothes judges wear kookiness of the contestants ... Every little bit is surrounded by controversy and analysis. The most important "ingredient" that people talk about and remember.
The same could be said for the gift of choice. This is a nice gift when you put so much effort in choosing to remember and talk about (in a positive way of course) for years to come. We've all had at least one day like that and it is normally the one with the 'X Factor'. Thinking of my favorites that I have received over the years, they were either made especially for me, or almost one of a kind. I hate to say it, but I still feel pretty smug that no one is likely to have the same thing as me. That's why personalized gifts are so great.
So, while giving or receiving it was great, always tend to know when you've really picked up something special and do not need to cost much. It could even be something that is a reminder of a moment of personal or private joke that makes more than exclusive, exciting concept. So when you are shopping this Christmas, think about giving a present 'X Factor'. You'll enjoy it as much as you choose one enjoys receiving it!
